About staffboard – what drives us
We are a young HR Tech company from Munich and on a mission:

For this reason, we founded staffboard in 2014 and created a holistic, digital solution for strategic HR management and organizational development. Our aim is to fundamentally improve the everyday work of all HR managers and give them more time for strategic HR tasks and their core business.

staffboard is a modular, digital solution for strategic HR management and organizational development.
With staffboard we address the HR needs of startups, SMEs, digital innovation departments of larger companies and non-profit organizations with up to around 1,500 employees.
Our staffboard HR software digitizes, automates and simplifies the human resources area: staffboard maps recurring and often time-consuming, administrative HR processes relating to employees simply, intuitively and transparently. We bundle functionalities around recruiting & applicant management, employee master data & digital personnel file, feedback & employee interviews, learning & skill development, preparatory payroll & salary accounting as well as HR reporting in compliance with data protection and scalable on one platform. In this way, we give our customers and HR experts more time and nerves for their actual core issues and the value-adding tasks in their organization.

David Hajizadeh – Managing Director Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Entrepreneur and project manager with many years of experience in key account, customer and partner management
- Studied economic geography, business administration and communication sciences at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich
- Alumnus of Academy Consult Munich eV and BDSU eV
- Previous positions at German Entrepreneurship GmbH, 3M Company, Munich Network, among others
Besnik Rouhani – Managing Director Product Development and Technology
- Full stack developer and IT freelancer with many years of experience in product and application development (OOP)
- Training as a software and application developer at the IHK Munich
- Previous positions at T-Mobile, Samsung, Pro7, mitfahrccasion.de, among others
