Our software is cloud-based.This means that the entire software can be accessed via any browser.The advantage of this: Nothing needs to be installed, you can access it from anywhere and synchronize your data directly.

When emails are sent to applicants from the staffboard software, the following sender address appears by default for the recipient: recruiting@mustercompany.staffboard.de.You can configure forwarding with an individual sender address by setting up your mail server accordingly.

In the digital employee file, all documents and information about the employee are stored in one place.Employees have the option of changing certain data in their own profile (e.g. address, telephone number, etc.) and therefore do not have to use the HR department's extra capacities.

We are happy to implement individual feature requests (ie the implementation of special requests) for you.However, this results in an additional development effort for us, which we have to invoice after consultation with you.

Unfortunately, two-way synchronization is not possible.However, staffboard provides a calendar feed URL so that you can add the staffboard calendar to your existing calendar (e.g. Google Calendar, Outlook etc.).You can find this under Settings > Account > Calendar Feed URL.

staffboard is currently available in German, English and Polish.However, the software can be easily expanded using various language packages.

No, staffboard has no user limit.This means that if additional employees are hired, our software grows with them.

All data is carefully stored and completely archived with regard to data protection and data security.This also includes a documented change history in order to be able to trace which changes have been made at any time.Furthermore, in the Reports area, there is the option of calling up a comprehensive report on changes with appropriate filters and exporting this as a CSV file: This means that transparent and comprehensible documentation of all changes made is also shown here in terms of audit security.

The staffboard servers are provided by the hosting provider 1&1 IONOS SE, a specialist in secure cloud hosting services in Germany.The server location has 24/7 surveillance from the security service, as well as very restrictive access restrictions.For more detailed information, please refer to the information provided by the 1&1 IONOS SE data centers .You can also find further details in the data protection provisions of 1&1 IONOS SE .We have a contractual arrangement that our data will remain permanently in Germany.

In the event of termination, we guarantee the backup and complete export of all of the client's employee data.All data and the account will then be irrevocably deleted by staffboard.

Data protection and security are very important to us.We attach great importance to this and treat the data as strictly confidential.The data is hosted exclusively on German servers.In addition, we have an independent external data protection officer from IITR GmbH and are a member of various associations (including Cloud Services Made in Germany and the Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand).

You don't have to cancel the account or do anything else.The test period ends after 30 days, so you cannot incur any costs.Of course we would like to know why you have decided against staffboard and therefore welcome feedback.If you want to continue using the account, please contact us.

At the end of the month you will receive an invoice based on the modules used.

The monthly usage fee for the software is calculated on the basis of the prices valid at the time of the contract.You are welcome to create an offer directly at staffboard.com/preise.

The contract term is one month and is automatically extended by one month at a time.The contract can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the month.

You can submit a support request within the software at any time.To do this, go to the question mark icon in the top right corner to then create a new support request.The entire team has access there, so that your request can be processed faster.You can also see exactly which processing step your ticket is in.
